Based On-Site with 2 direct reportees, managing a shift pattern workforce with volumes up to 400 temps. The account has been secured for 5 years and therefore offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career. Must have 2 years On-Site Recruitment Management experience

:- the management experience and knowledge to quickly formulate a high performing team, who are clearly motivated, focused and work together as a cohesive team.
:- the skills and attributes to collate and present to senior board members of the client, performance statistics of service delivery in line with agreed performance criteria |
