CLIENT
Our Client was founded over 15 years ago and are specialist suppliers of AHP Personnel to the NHS, Local Authorities and Private Medical Institutions. The holding company is one of the UK’s largest National providers of support services to the public sector.
ROLE
You will be required to start up a new desk that will specialise in the supply of Qualified Social Workers. With the benefit of a very large data base of users and on being an approved supplier to the PASA National Framework Agreement. You will use your business development skills and your recruitment and selection experience to build a solid reputation for delivering a high quality service to both Clients and Candidates. |

IDEAL CANDIDATE
•You will have a minimum 18 months Recruitment experience of working in the Social Care Recruitment Industry
•Be able to demonstrate a track record of growing and sustaining a profitable desk
•Self motivated, focused and able to effectively prioritise work, whilst maintaining high standards of administration
•Be confident and capable with all the aspects of sales and business development including tendering, presenting and negotiating |
