IT Trainee Recruitment Consultants
to £17.5k + OTE
CALLING ALL TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS
In the role of trainee consultant you will be responsible for developing your sales skills, identifying and developing your technical area (within a specific geographic region) and becoming confident in the recruitment process. You will be responsible for managing your time and organising your day in order to maximise your productivity.
Our Client is the largest independent IT consultancy in Europe, with 14 offices across Europe, established in 1986, our Client has grown to become a genuine market leader in the I.T. staffing sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to get into IT recruitment. Ideally you will have a minimum of three months experience in one of the following areas:- insurance sales, call centre, estate agents, car sales, sales, telesales, charities on the street approaching people etc.
YOU HAVE TO BE A DRIVEN & PASSIONATE INDIVIDUAL WITH A WILL TO SUCCEED, VERY OUTGOING & CONFIDENT.
In return you will be offered a package of up to £17.5K with an OTE of £30K in year one, £50-70K in year two, plus pension and healthcare schemes.
We are currently recruiting for London, Bristol, Manchester, Maidenhead and Birmingham.
