Recruitment Consultant - Education
Up to £20k basic salary + uncapped commission
Independent recruitment consultancy with branches throughout the UK, specialising in secretarial, clerical, engineering, accounts, administration, IT and management positions, is looking to recruit experienced Recruiters.
You MUST have education recruitment experience, ideally at least 2 years. You will need a strong personality, confidence, tenacity and gravitas. Full recruitment consultant duties are involved in this role including business development, account management, client visits, interviewing candidates, advertising on Internet job boards, managing your clients and candidates through the process.
You will be given full autonomy to run your own desk as your own business, but you will need to prove that you are capable of working without KPI's etc.
