Job Description:
|
The position will work closely with the Director to implement and support effective recruitment strategies on an assignment led basis. You will also seek out process and operational enhancements that will improve the effectiveness of project delivery as well as efficiencies.
Role and Responsibilities
• Utilising different techniques and resources, assimilate qualified and targeted research material relevant to specific assignments or general business focus.
• Generate candidates via new research, existing information resources and network contacts to support projects and increase the candidate pool.
• Manage information resources effectively to ensure efficient reuse and integrate with all new information as and when produced.
• Research clients and produce materials used in business development scenarios as well as contribute information towards the formulation of project briefs.
• Provide input to and where appropriate lead the development of project briefs and assignment strategies.
• Track information and data to be included in client reports during and on conclusion of all assignments. Also maintain assignment records at all stages.
• Contact candidates for the purpose of communicating new client openings as well as generally tracking their job search activities, reporting on all relevant and useful intelligence.
• Where required, write and/or provide input to the writing of job advertisements for clients.
• Be responsible for all enquiries either verbal or written that result from advertising and selection campaigns, conducting first-pass screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Co-ordinate and schedule candidates interviews as required, either at screening or client interview stage.
• Research and prepare sector reports to ensure new developments are monitored and to identify further business opportunities that might exist.
• Attend conference and networking events that might improve the network of the company and raise the profile. Also, seek to attend information gathering events that would assist the business development process in new markets.
• Monitor all events, initiatives and industry opportunities that exist to increase the network of the company.
• Investigate and explore all research tools that could assist in the generation of key information and/or candidates. Measure and monitor the performance of such tools.
• Support a review of all possible database alternatives that could be deployed as the future centralised database for the company.

Skills:
|
• At least 2 years working in a researcher or recruitment capacity (preferably with some experience of Life Sciences)
• Some experience of sales would be an advantage.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Process oriented with good project management skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects and to tight timelines.
• Creative thinker able to deliver innovative solutions to problems.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to demonstrate initiative.
