ROLE
Industrial Recruiters wanted for large Independent agency, for an existing and very successful office based in Southampton. For this role you will enjoy new business development as well as relationship building to grow the clients. This is an all round role for you to really get stuck in to and the ability to work in a very successful office with an excellent senior management team.
The office team are sociable and lively, mainly in there mid-late twenties and managed by hands-on branch and Regional Managers. Its a large and pleasant, fast paced office that now need to ramp up its staffing level.
EXPERIENCE
An experienced Temps consultant who is used to a proactive busy environment, has good sales and service skills. Locally based and sales biased.
You will be an experienced Industrial consultant
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Ideally an experienced Industrial TC who can work proactively
2. Must have ‘The Want To Do It’ - a passion for sales & success.
3. Self motivated, driven, money hungry but not a selfish attitude as very team orientated environment.
4. A professional, team player with an out going personality
5. A person that clients will buy from and candidates will have confidence in – a consultative approach to business
6. Good communication skills
COMPANY
This agency is part of a large international company with. Don’t be put off by this being a large company as this division is an independently run division specialising in Industrial & Driving recruitment with around 20 UK offices
