Specialists in placing Health Professionals to the private and public sector. They are one of the largest providers of temporary medical staffing in the UK.
We currently have an exciting and varied role within our Overseas Recruitment Team.
Role
Working with the Overseas Recruitment team you will be dealing with a variety of overseas candidates looking to work in the UK, you will act as a focal point for candidate activity both into and out of the UK. This position is a new role and will entail a series of business improvement projects that you will be expected to complete in a proactive manner. You will also have the flexibility to attend overseas events where required. The role is based in Broxbourne but travel may include trips to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Toronto.
Key Tasks:
1) Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to candidates and clients
2) Manage flow of candidates from overseas offices to recruitment desks, ensuring process runs smoothly and all parties carry out their part in a timely manner
3) Assist in dealing with complaints speedily and in line with the Company’s complaint procedure and forwarding any queries to your line manager
4) Ensure all candidate activity is recorded appropriately on database as early as is appropriate and assist with completion of monthly reports
5) Work with recruitment desks to ensure that all outbound candidates are highlighted and handled appropriately
6) Attend conferences and other recruitment events where necessary
7) Maintain an understanding of all recruitment divisions and international recruitment issues in order to handle direct applications from overseas candidates and to ensure overseas offices are kept updated
8) Maintain computer records as required on distribution of overseas candidate files and placement statistics
9) Ensure all “Advert Responses” are actioned on date of receipt
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer focussed/ service environment and ideally have some recruitment experience. Excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as a team player are essential.
