A thriving Healthcare company with branches nationwide.
ROLE
Excellent opportunities have arisen for Branch Managers for this national recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of personnel within the Healthcare arena.
You will have overall responsibility for the office and developing the team and business.
The role offers a lot of autonomy with support from the regional manager.
EXPERIENCE
You should have a minimum of 2 years management experience with a stable work
history within recruitment, ideally within Healthcare recruitment but this is not essential, as your management skills will be more important for the role.
You should be a strong man-manager and a good team motivator as well as able to handle company policies and procedures and ensure that legalities are strictly adhered to. A proven track record in growing new business and developing teams is essential.
Ideally you will have experience in high volume temporary recruitment of unqualified staff. Also a prove track record in exceptional people management / winning accounts & major tenders for high volume recruitment / P&L responsibility. The company can offer great career progression, competitive salary and bonus.
PACKAGE
Basic to £25,000- £30,000 plus commission, OTE £50k
