We are based in Farnborough Hants, a location that can be reached WITHOUT standing on SW Trains for two hours every day!

We were established in 1996 as the in-house recruitment division of an international IT Consulting and Services company. In 1999 ARI Limited became an independent Technology Staffing Company providing Permanent and Contract recruitment solutions throughout Europe, as well as providing Data Centre Management Services.
Now we are looking for results-driven recruitment consultants to join our small team. You will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate a successful record of achievement in your field. Our consultants operate a split desk working both contract and permanent opportunities.
You will therefore be customer centric and concentrate on providing your clients with a cost effective recruitment solution enabling you to build and maintain long term customer relationships. Your clients will be impressed by your qualitative approach and ability to deliver to their requirements – time after time. You will be a confident decision taker and enjoy “running your own desk”.
You will have some experience across the full recruitment life cycle, utilising a variety of methods to source the best candidates, whether through Internet advertising, networking, head hunting or database searching.
