This leading provider of Healthcare Recruitment solutions have requirements on their Locum Doctors Division. You will be given existing business to work with and you will be expected to utilise your experiences of the marketplace to maximise these contracts to the best of your ability. You must be able to sell and negotiate face to face and over the phone, as well as interview and co-ordinate candidates with relevant Industry bodies and requirements
Experience Required
A prestigious working environment, strong and successful management teams, existing service level agreements and a rewarding commission structure await the successful consultant. Ideally you will have knowledge/experience in this specialist sector, however for someone exceptional in recruitment within another discipline the company will train.
This is a full role from sales calls to servicing existing client needs. You must be proactive in this competitive market, lots of scope in this autonomous role for the right candidate.
