ROLE
This company seek a proactive CONSULTANT who will develop & maintain a client base by cold calling, visits & therefore through business generation & candidate profiling build your business.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. You must be energetic and confident person skilled in recruitment within the M&E industry or TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (Construction, Civil, Rail, etc)
2. Able to use your initiative and “think outside the box”.
3. You must have a professional manner about you in order to be able to gain the respect and confidence from both clients and candidates alike
4. Sales and results orientated being a goal focused individual with the drive and pace to achieve challenging targets
5. Highly literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. A motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised and proactively
7. A high degree of commercial acumen
8. Hands-on business winner.
9. Win and walk mentality.
10. Diplomatic with the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest level internally and externally
11. Ability to work in a fast paced and highly competitive environment whilst working to the highest level of customer service ethics
12. Tenacious and dogmatic as well as resilient
13. A flexible individual with the ability to manage and cope with change
