ROLE
Proactive Industrial Recruitment Consultant needed for a busy office to further develop accounts as well as work on existing business. This is an all round role of sales & service but there is plenty of warm business to be passed to you as well as old business that needs to be resuscitated can you bring to life the business and make it happen.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Ideally an experienced Industrial TC who can work proactively
2. Career minded
3. Must have A Want To Do It attitude & a passion for sales & success.
4. Self motivated, driven, money hungry but not a selfish attitude as very team orientated environment.
5. A professional, team player with an out going personality & good people skills
6. A person that clients will buy from and candidates will have confidence in a consultative approach to business
7. Good communication skills
8. Good admin skills the office is rewarded financially if payroll is smoothly run so must be able to control clients & candidates to get timesheets in timely that way you get paid more too
