THE COMPANY
My Client was established in 2000 to meet the demands of The Public Sector market. They have grown from strength to strength, rapidly establishing themselves as a household name within the Local Government arena within their 4 main sectors of Revenues & benefits, Housing, Care & Environmental.
ROLE:
You will be responsible for supporting your team, driving business through sales and delivery, ensuring the current business is well serviced yet added to through new business development.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Recrutiment experience ideally within the public Sector however a strong hands on manager within other sectors will be considered.
2. Proven track record in sales & man-management
3. Lead from the front / hands on approach to the business
4. Sales driven & target focused (but not a numbers basher – quality & professional)
5. Able to build credibility with clients as well as your team
6. Car driver, who lives locally.
