COMPANY
An established respected specialist recruitment agency providing a wide range of positions for Doctors, GPs, Theatre Personnel, Specialist Nurses, Allied Health Professionals Therapies & Scientific/Technical, Social Care staff and Teachers.
Role:
Under the direction of the Sector Manager and/or Team Leader, The Recruitment Consultant maintains and builds on current gross margin by generating revenue, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds budget forecasted for the team /sector.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships. Generate vacancies from clients, then to match candidate with relevant qualifications/experience to vacancies. Ensuring quality assurance for the sector / team.

A professional, honest person, someone who can work on their own initiative
Self-motivation and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Proven track record in achieving targets
At least 6 months previous recruitment experience
