Recruitment Consultants - Start Up
To £30,000 + OTE
Our client is a successful IT agency dealing in the SAP / ERP markets, offering a good working environment, with a slightly different approach to the way they work. They have a good brand name, good staff retention (everyone there at least 3 years- some 7-8), have never been taken off PSLs, offer lots of autonomy, you plan your own day - if you don't feel like selling one day then you resource if you think that is what is going to make you the money. 90% of the admin is taken away from them so you can concentrate on making money.
Due to their success they are now opening up new divisions. They are open to suggestions with regard to sector - but will not be venturing into sectors with too many barriers to entry - for example medical. Complimentary sectors would be Telco, Banking, Electronics, Accountancy, Public Sector.
You MUST be highly ethical and delivery focussed, have a solid background and a well thought out business plan.
You will receive a base of c.£25K - £30K and earn approximately over a 1/3 of what you bill - commission will be on a sliding scale up to 40% uncapped.
