SENIOR SEARCH CONSULTANT - Accountancy & Finance
Monument - London EC3
£28,000 - £34,000 + 30% commission
Specialising in the recruitment of qualified and part qualified Accountants, this Company is now looking for additional Recruiters to due internal promotions.
Ideally you will have accountancy recruitment experience or finance recruitment experience. You will be a proven biller with lots of drive and determination, who is prepared to work hard. In return you will receive a base salary with commission paid on all billings, ranging from 25% - 30%, modern offices with start of the art technology and full admin support.
You will be joining an established warm desk which is extremely busy, given full autonomy with no KPI's. This is a candidate driven sector, so you will need to be proactive in your approach to sourcing candidates, through networking, referrals and head hunting.
