Account Manager - IT
To £25,000 + OTE
Our client is a successful IT agency dealing in the SAP / ERP markets, offering a good working environment, with a slightly different approach to the way they work. They have a good brand name, good staff retention (everyone there at least 3 years- some 7-8), have never been taken off PSLs, offer lots of autonomy, you plan your own day - if you don't feel like selling one day then you resource if you think that is what is going to make you the money. 90% of the admin is taken away from them so you can concentrate on making money.
They have a large number of blue chip corporate accounts which require dedicated account management. You will be upselling, cross selling and servicing, initially taking over 2 large accounts which are heavily ERP / SAP / JD Edwards focused, predominantly perm, within the Dutch markets.
You will need to be confident on the phone and be well versed in the art of networking and gaining referrals. This is a very proactive role.
