Recruitment Consultants - Accountancy & Finance Temps
To £35,000 + OTE
This is a dynamic and growing company with over 12,000 clients on their database. They are looking for 6 Consultants - 2 x Senior Consultants and 4 x Junior Consultants.
Senior Consultants - will be training the juniors / trainees, placing candidates in finance and account positions ranging from junior purchase ledger clerk to fully experienced accountants, with salaries up to £60k.
You need to be keen to get on the phone, hit the ground running, a good business developer, arranging meetings, be motivated to progress to a manager and build a team around you.
Junior Consultants - raw graduates will be considered, though consultants who have six months recruitment experience will be preferred. The role will involve a lot of cold calling.
