The Client
Created over three years ago and currently with seven consultants, they are now in a position to expand their team by 8 additional consultants in 2006. They already have an enviable market presence and have achieved fantastic results to date in their chosen sectors – Legal, Corporate, Professional Services, and Public Sector
The Role
This is a fabulous, autonomous role where you will manage your own team, budget and P&L. In addition, you will be responsible for your own client base – providing all your clients with excellent industry and market knowledge to assist them in their recruitment planning. You will be hands on and will facilitate the entire recruitment process from taking a vacancy through to placing the candidate. You will have the back-up of extensive office support and state of the art IT systems.
The Candidate
Serious recruitment experience in any discipline with a proven track record of success in a targeted sales environment
A superb communicator with the ability to influence and build solid and durable relationships.
Of graduate calibre in Business or other related discipline.
You will be hungry, driven, determined, and eager to learn with an excellent work ethic
