•They offer a personal professional cosultancy service tailored to the individual needs of both clients and candidates.

Role
•You will be networking, maximising and building relationships, identifying potential clients and establishing their resourcing needs.
•Completing the process you will be identifying top quality candidates, interviewing and managing both client and candidate through to placement.
Candidate
•You have worked in recruitment already ideally within the accountancy sector, filling either qualified or part-qualified roles, or within a professional services sector – or you have had a successful corporate career in Accountancy and wish to use this in a move to the recruitment sector.
•You are probably a graduate, polished and professional who can operate in a structured manner and converse in a credible way with your professional and commercial clients.
•You are outgoing and focussed, and an excellent communicator.
