Client:
They have been operating in the UK for well over 10 years, within specific technical markets such as – Rail, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive and General Engineering. They are a medium sized technical recruitment company based in Watford, employing a total of about 65 with an annual turnover of £44million for this year. They are 90% contract based with a permanent team that is now starting to develop effectively and consistently.
Role:
They key aim for this role is to deliver unrivalled sales and service levels to clients, maintaining and expanding the existing client base – continually developing new business in order to achieve and exceed the performance standards set down in your annual appraisal.
Candidate
