Client
•An International Consulting and Executive Search firm. Established in Switzerland in 1975 it operates across borders helping multinational companies improve their operations.
•For their growing UK affiliates they are creating this new position of Senior Consultant based in the UK and covering UK and Northern Europe
Role
•To promote the services of the group, being senior recruitment and business consulting.
•To establish and develop contacts within multinational companies based in UK and Northern Europe at high executive and director level.
•To identify client needs anywhere worldwide, especially UK, & Northern Europe.
•To assist in selling, winning, and executing assignments for senior level recruiting or consulting.
Candidate:
•Will have excellent presentation, communication & commercial development skills, with good analytical, people and business-related knowledge & skills.
•Will be able to work in different sectors such as R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, distribution, admin & finance, in more than one industry/product/geographic sector.
•Will be able & willing to travel on a UK and Northern European basis.
•Will have either strong executive contacts in line management or HR, with a track record of business volume in recruiting and/or consulting.
•Will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self starter, focused and enjoy working as part of a team
•Ideally will have cross border and cross cultural experience and this may have been with a multinational company, preferably in sales, marketing or business development.
