The Client
Our client is a leading global recruitment consultancies specialising in both temporary and permanent vacancies for Health, Social Care and Teaching professionals. The have been established over 10 years and put their success down to providing a quality driven recruitment service.
The Role
Taking over a red-hot desk placing qualified social workers you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients as well as generating new leads and business opportunities.
You will deal with the entire recruitment process, from gathering and advertising vacancies to interviewing and placing candidates.
The candidate
Ideally at least 1-2 years recruitment experience, preferably in Social Care, although they could consider successful consultants from other sectors who can transfer their knowledge and skill sets.
You must be sales focussed with the ability to exceed targets
Professional, Articulate and able to present at all levels
You will be self-motivated and motivated by success
