•Their Professional Services division is currently operating from several strategic locations across the UK and their team of consultants are recruitment professionals with direct experience and real understanding of their sectors.
•Their client portfolio spans SME’s to FTSE 250 companies and is impressive and growing.
Role
•They are looking for additional consultants to work in the Professional Services sector with a focus on strategic and senior appointments and working with both key accounts and one-off clients.
•You will be working with a combination of inherited, warm business contacts as well as being responsible for new business development.
•You will be running recruitment campaigns, networking and building relationships at all levels in a discreet and confidential manner.
Candidate
•You will be a tenacious and self-motivated individual with a
strong background in recruitment within the Professional Services sector.
•You have a proven ability in developing new business from a “warm” client base with a strong focus on delivery and exceeding client/candidate expectations.
•You will be sales-driven, target-oriented and have exceptional account management skills.
