The Position
This opportunity will only suit candidates who are driven and energized for business! Dealing within the commercial/secretarial discipline our client is looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager in Bristol. Responsibilities will range from developing business to recruiting and training consultants and setting and managing budgets. You must be a hands-on manager who leads by example. With control over advertising and close liaison within the branch network, you will ensure that your company maintains its number one spot in the market! The Requirements - Role of Recruitment Branch Manager:
· Recruitment Branch Managers ideally require a min 12 months recruitment management experience
· Excellent communication skills
· The Recruitment Branch Manager should be a self motivated character
· An aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A target and results driven Branch Manager is a necessity
· Drive to develop new business
· Ability to motivate and support a team
