Basic salary to £35,000
Superb commission structure
OTE £70,000 1st year
Client
A young dynamic business, which has become a recognised provider of calibre personnel within the Human Resources recruitment marketplace. They offer a range of services inc. Advertised Selection, Executive Search, Interim Management, assessment and general strategic consulting for an extensive range of prominent clients
Roles
First role: Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients achieved primarily by personal contacts and networking. Representing the company at networking events, identifying and securing assignments, generating leads
Second role: Experience of the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East and Africa) in search and selection, any sector experience. Working with colleagues and alone on various search assignments
