Client
•An established and respected consultancy specialising in recruitment and executive search for the Public Relations, Communications and Investor Relations sectors who pride themselves in developing long term career and recruitment partnerships.
•The interim/contracts team is looking now to add to their numbers with this appointment.
•Their stated aim is to build on their reputation, grow their business and be recognised as offering a superior quality service through their core values of market knowledge and experience, sensible and honest advice and total reliability.
Role
•Handling assignments for recruitment of interim and freelance personnel from brief to completion.
•Developing relationships with new and existing clients, which will be PR agencies and in-house departments, by networking rather than cold calling.
Candidate
•At least 3 years experience of Interim, contract or freelance recruitment, preferably for professional services or marketing industries.
•Some knowledge of PR/communications would be helpful but not essential, as would some knowledge of employment law, especially relating to contractors.
•Organised and able to handle multi projects with strong client management and communication skills.
•Tenacious, self motivated, results driven and a team worker with a good sense of humour.
