We require Recruitment Consultants to join our busy and fast growing Consultancy based in Ottershaw, Surrey (near junction 11 of the M25).
We Recruit for the Estate Agency industry thorughout the UK.
The successful Candidates will be fully trained on all aspects of our business and will go through our training scheme to then become a Regional Manager of their own County.
We have many Clients throughout the UK which provide us with enormous amounts of vacancies each month. The successful candidates would be..........
* Target driven,
* Money motivated
* Outgoing
* Not affraid to use the telephone
* Good telephone manner
* Basic computer skills
* Estate Agency experience is a plus but not essential and finally............keen to earn a lot of money!!!
* Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
* Commission rate - 50% of every placement made.
* Travel expenses covered during training period.
* Company Car will be looked at depending on performance.
* OTE £40K +
* This position is commission only, but with high rewards!!!
