| IT Recruitment Consultant required to join highly successful team in their Milton Keynes office. You will have at least one years recruitment experience, preferably within IT. My client is a large national company which has been operational for many years, surviving downturns within the IT sector which have crippled other IT agencies due to their strong, comprehensive database. The company, although large, is not structured in its approach, and allows its consultants to work with autonomy: to be the ‘MDs of their own desks’. You would be joining an existing team of six friendly, experienced IT consultants in a ‘work hard, play hard’ environment. The company offers annual and bi-annual European and International all expenses paid trips for top performers, an annual performance bonus of up to £4000, plus excellent salary and bonus structure.
