| Recruitment Consultant required to join prestigious, high profile international company which offers a unique service to both clients and candidates. Recruitment experience is essential, combined with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to provide a quality all round service. Our ideal candidate will have a practical approach to their work which will stem from a background within recruitment, possibly within a nursing or healthcare capacity and be prepared to deal with high profile clients credibly and effectively. Although the role is recruitment focussed candidates from an in-house recruitment background would find the transition into this particular role easy as my client prefers to attract candidates via reputation than through the ‘hard sell’.
