My client, an independent Care Recruitment Agency are looking for a manager to take responsibility for a successful and well respected office. Whilst previous experience within the care sector is flexible, it is essential that you will have worked at management level for a recruitment consultancy.
Working for an independent organisation where the directors are looking to stand back from the business, you will have a high degree of autonomy over both the day to day running of the business as well strategy for growth, which could include the opening of further offices, and the introduction of additional brands/revenue streams.
