Our client is an establised recruitment consultancy based in Cardiff. Established in 2002 the business has experienced steady growth and currently employs a team of 7 consultants. They are currently seeking an experienced consultant to join their Commercial team (temps & perms). The ideal candidate will have a good track record in recruitment (any sector) but more important than past successes is that you demonstrate the hunger and motivation to be successful. You will be joining a warm desk that you will manage and grow. Excellent package including a basic of c£20K plus commission plus fantastic individual and team bonus structure.
