ROLE
Consultant to specialise in Commercial Perm placements
With excellent knowledge of the local area & an extensive base of existing clients your role will be to nurture & grow existing accounts, whilst identifying, pursuing & securing new business opportunities.
Your role will encompass candidate attraction and selection, client development and relationship building through to delivery. An equal emphasis is needed on sales and service to ensure you successfully deliver this company’s key vision of finding jobs for people and people for jobs.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s recruitment exp. with a strong track record in business development
You must be positive, hard working, diligent & committed person with high standards both in personal presentation and work ethic.
You will need be ambitious and focused on new business development, as well as being self-motivated and have the drive and determination to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
PACKAGE:
£22k basic + Commission
