Role:
To effectively manage the clients internal Nurse Bank in terms of client expectation, internal staff members, and Bank nurses The Bank provides health care assistants and qualified nurses. You will be required to ensure you are providing staff to cover their needs. The Bank is well established and you will be taking over the management of a team of recruitment consultants and an administrator.
Your job will be to manage the smooth running of the contract and establish on-going relationships with Trust leads. You will be required to manage and maintain compliance and deal with queries and complaints effectively.
Experience
You will ideally be from a NHS or Nursing background. Your verbal and written communication will be excellent. You will have a proven track record of managing/supervising experience along with excellent customer service skills.
