Recruitment Consultant - Qualified Social Worker sector
Our client, an established and recognised employer within the Qualified Social Worker Recruitment sector is looking to expand their already busy and successful London team. Based in East London, with easy access to London Transport, this niche recruiter has quickly established themselves as a major force within their market place.
Only people who have a Social Worker recruitment background need apply, as this is absolutely paramount in our client's opinion. You would need to be able to talk knowledgeably about the role and experience of this is essential. A minimum of a years experience is therefore deemed to be the acceptable level.
The role comes with a salary package of around £40,000 - £50,000 inclusive of bonus and commission and is dependent on experience. This is new, yet rapidly expanding company with big ambitions. The successful applicant will match that in effort and enthusiasm. You will be a relationship builder, one who genuinely has their client's interest at heart, but someone who is also personally motivated to achieve for yourself - a mutually beneficial relationship.
