Sales Manager
Background:
As the owner begins to take a less daily hands on view to the day to day running of the business, we have a requirement for a proven recruiter with excellent recruitment experience (preferably from a IT background) to join the team. You have at least 3 years experience in recruitment where you will have always achieved targets and been promoted during your time. We our look for a dynamic, hard working, money driven individual who gets results and in able to positively help others to also achieve success. You will begin in a hands on recruitment role were you will lead by example.
The Role
You will have at least 1 years experience in a management type role where you lead and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants. An impressive and proven billing background, a sound understanding of the IT marketplace would be advantageous but is not essential. For this role you will need to be forward thinking ambitious individual with a hunger for success and to progress in the business world. We offer a no threshold commission stricture, a flat rate commission structure, override on all Consultants in the company, company mobile phone and a company car scheme. You will also benefits from a target related equity plan will also be in place. Every application will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
The Person
Will be driven and will know how to get the best out of people will be firm but fair and always lead by example, this role would suit someone who has a proven background in recruitment but really want to shoot up the career path by joining a progressive company that has the resources and current structure to achieve a lot in a short space of time. Someone who wants to work for a company that listens and values there option and will have there ideas and plans acted on. Someone with the entrepreneurial spirit who has a desire to work for the best and to achieve excellent results. I want someone who walks and talks the talk.
Progression
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to be involved in the opening of new offices home and abroad, have director level perks from the start and will also receive the opportunity to gain shares in the company, become a company director within the next year and will have a key role in the companies continued success.
