Our client, one of the UK's most successful recruitment businesses is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team player - or a superstar senior consultant/team leader looking for their first big break into management.
It is essential that you have a minimum of three years’ Recruitment experience, ideally from within a commercial/industrial recruitment environment.
You are a true professional, 100% client focused and immensely flexible. With your naturally competitive nature you will be target driven in a sales environment. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate effective communication skills, commercial awareness, analytical and business management skills; above all you will enjoy building strong business and personal relationships.
The role will allow you to take responsibility for the profits of the business, setting continuously higher targets for the branch. Making sure that service standards are set and maintained both with clients and applicants. Recruiting branch staff, assisting team members and providing sales training.
Basic salary: to £32,000 + OTE: £9,000 - £15,000 pa
Benefits: Private Health Care, Life Assurance, pension Scheme, 25 days’ holiday.
