BRANCH MANAGER - Education
£28,000 - £33,000 + OTE
Award winning nationally-linked firm with the most effective & most established candidate & client-base in this sector. As one of the leading providers of supply teachers and school support staff in the UK, with over 20 years experience. They are part of a larger group who are one of the largest, and fastest growing, professional support services organisations in the UK.
You will have two to three years experience as a Consultant at a senior level AND a further twelve months managerial experience. You will be positive, pro-active, enjoy a challenge, a proven business developer. This is a hands-on role, you must have fantastic sales experience and really enjoy the challenge of sales. An education sales background or fast moving high volume sector background would be an advantage but not essential.
In return you are offered excellent training and progression prospects, full autonomy, a hands on role to progress further into Management. A base salary base depending upon experience, car allowance, and a bonus on branch margin. A health scheme benefit and pension is also offered.
