| Our client is a successful IT recruitment organisation currently based in Sydney. They focus on retained search, permanent recruitment and contract recruitment. They take their contract recruitment to the level of running IT services (which equals higher margins of up to 35%). Through this and a number of other varying service offerings they differentiate themselves from the competition. With extensive expansion plans they are looking to open offices in 2 other locations in Australia in 2007. The Australian market is far less transactional than the UK or USA. Therefore it is a lot easier to establish a reputation for delivering a high quality service and developing strong relationships. The key focus for our new Consultants will be to establish and maintain strong client relationships. There are excellent tax advantages for expats coming to Australia.
