TEMPS CONSULTANT - Industrial / Commercial / Hospitality
Hayes - Middlesex
£19,000 - £21,000 + car + mobile phone + OTE
Established since 2003 with turnover in excess of £2m, are now expanding their Hayes based team and are looking for 4 experienced consultants (2 for Industrial Temps, 1 for Commercial Perms and 1 for Hospitality Temps). You will need to have relevant experience within one of the above fields and be able to hit the ground running. The consultants MUST be SALES people - with a sales background aswell as a Recruitment background - people used to new business development and cold sales. They do not recruit to a certain personality, what is important is their ability to sell and their successful track record in recruitment. They want people who do not need shadowing - who can get-on-with-it and be totally autonomous. Must be self-starters and self-motivated.
