The financial Markets are booming and so is Financial Services Recruitment. Consequently now is a fantastic time to get into this fast paced industry. I have several clients who are recruiting for new talent to join their extremely successful teams. It could be recruiting Accountants into Commerce and Industry or the Banking institutions or dealing with Banking Operations candidates. Successful recruiters will have the following criteria -
-You will be educated to Graduate Calibre.
-At some point you will have worked in a B2B/cold calling environment.
-You may even have some industry experience within Accountancy or Banking organisation.
-Perhaps you started your career in a related industry and want to use your knowledge recruiting into that area.
-You will be hungry to make money and be successful.
-You will be confident, target driven, motivated and not afraid to pick up the phone.
-You should be confident, resilient, tenacious, determined, hungry for success and willing to work on your own initiative.
-PLEASE NOTE-Outbound/telesales/B2B sales experience is essential. Ongoing training and support will be provided and success will be rewarded with progression within the company.
