Having been a market Leader in their market for a number of years, my client is looking to enter the International Supply Chain Market place.
The Role
You will be dealing with International clients ranging from North America to Europe-ensuring their requirement needs are met. Supply chain consists of Logistics, Procurement and Demand Planning making it a very varied client base. There is potential to make A LOT of money in a sector that is growing and very buoyant. They have an excellent database in place that is waiting for someone to step in and get the ball rolling! As your clients would be based abroad there may be a need for some International travel.
About You
This is a lucrative role and requires a superior consultant to fill it. To be considered you should have-
• AT LEAST 4 years recruitment experience ideally within Supply Chain or Professional Services.
• Be driven and motivated and a self-starter.
• A mature outlook is essential as you will be dealing with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
• A proven track record in Recruitment and the hunger to continue to succeed in a new market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Some experience of selling retainers would be a bonus.
