Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Accountancy
To £16,000 + OTE
Our client is one of the world's leading Consultancies, with over 250 offices across the UK & Europe and group turnover in excess of £800m. They are key players in a large number of recruitment markets, including Accountancy, IT, Construction and Banking.
As a Trainee Recruiter very good interpersonal skills are absolutely essential as you will spend much of your time talking to clients and candidates in-depth about their requirements. You will need to be well presented as you will also meet with clients to understand their business needs. Above all, self-motivation is the key as this is a target-driven environment where the most successful people are rewarded extremely well for their efforts, both monetarily and in terms of career progression. Experience gained in a sales focused role would be a distinct advantage.
