Trainee Recruitment Consultants – Construction
To £18,000 + uncapped commission
Established over 15 years ago, this successful Construction division is expanding their team in Fareham and are looking for Trainee Recruiters.
You will need to have excellent listening skills and be inquisitive and determined. Successful consultants are goal orientated and demand continual high standards from themselves.
As a graduate trainee your duties will involve developing business relationships with clients and selling the recruitment services of the company. Recruitment is predominantly a sales role and consultants spend circa 70% of the day on the telephone. You will obtain and qualify bookings / vacancies. You will utilise the company's in-house database system to access applicants and advertise vacancies using various forms of media as required. Applicants will need to be assessed by the consultant, put forward for interviews and be given interview feedback. You will be involved in the whole recruitment cycle, from building the relationship with the Client company and gaining the vacancy, to attracting the applicants and filling the position.
You will be a graduate / of graduate calibre with a sales background with a can-do attitude.
