Business Development Manager – Engineering / Agriculture
to £25,000 + OTE
Multi million pound turnover company, established over 10 years ago, is growing again and are looking to expand. They are looking for a Business Development Manager - all warm clients, but needs someone to break down doors and bring on the business in sectors such as Agriculture, Farming, Industrial, Engineering, Oil and Gas. The company splits the function between new business and resourcing. You MUST come from sales background and have a background in recruitment, MUST know the recruitment life cycle – you will be driven and focused and prepared to work hard. A loud and buzzy environment with no KPI’s.
In return you will receive a basic salary up to £25,000 + commission.
