Base £17,000-£20,000 + Commission
Part of the UK’s largest independent Consultancy this is a specialist niche Consultancy, operating in the Accountancy & Finance sector. Due to expansion they seek additional Recruiters / Trainee Consultants to take advantage of their standing in the market. To be considered you’ll need a good education, at least ‘A’ levels, you’ll be well-presented with outstanding communications skills, you’ll be intelligent, business aware, with a flair for spotting an opportunity. You’ll have some experience of business sales, such as media, property, phones etc. A Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s job is varied, involving winning new business from clients by telephone and through visits, managing existing relationships, also interviewing candidates, matching and some administration.
