Sales Support Consultant - Resourcer
£ VERY competitive Basic + SUPERB Commission Scheme
Due to the expansion within this 5+ year old independently owned recruitment business, F10 now requires a Sales Support / Resourcer to work alongside a Senior Consultant or Business Development Manager in our Finance Division.
You will assist in the resourcing of candidates to match our Clients current live requirements and in the administration of placing adverts etc...,
Placing Finance professionals at all levels throughout the UK, you will have a professional approach to both your clients and your candidates.
Suitable candidates will ideally have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience within any sector and be looking for the challenge of joining a growing company where they have the opportunity to develop the role based on their success.
F10 also will consider candidates with no recruitment experience who have a background in sales / telesales.
As well as the basic salary, you will be offered uncapped commission with no threshold, a great open team focused environment with a strong focus on service delivery and a fabulous, modern office environment.
Suitable candidates will have a natural hunger to work in a sales based recruitment role, a good ability to generate business and be a dedicated team player.
