HR - Senior Human Resources Recruitment Consultant
£ VERY competitive Basic + SUPERB Commission Scheme
Due to the expansion within this 5+ year old independently owned recruitment business, a role for Senior H.R. Human Resources Consultant / Recruiter with potential to lead to a Management and Director role has arisen.
Placing H.R. professionals at all levels throughout the UK, you will have a professional approach to both your clients and your candidates.
Suitable candidates will ideally have a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience within any H.R. sector and be looking for the challenge of joining a growing company where they have the opportunity to develop role based on their success.
As well as the basic salary, you will be offered uncapped commission with no threshold on rates of 10% - 20%, a great open team focused environment with a strong focus on service delivery and a fabulous, modern office environment.
Suitable candidates will have a natural hunger to work in a sales based recruitment role, a good ability to generate new business and be a dedicated team player.
