The Role
- Developing relationships with organisations throughout the Midlands, South West and South East in order to facilitate the supply of IT resource.
- To focus on a niche skill area, and/or a geographical area.
- Proactively searching for candidates utilising the latest in search methodology and technology.
- Driving customer benefits by introducing innovative recruitment solutions.
- Delivering high quality candidates to major accounts within agreed SLA’s.
- To accurately define job specifications for clients through the use of a structured approach (training provided).
