Very well established, medium-sized operator with an ambitious growth plan has an opening for a Regional Manager with Directorship aspirations. For over 20 years this quality focused firm has delivered the right person for the job, across a range of sectors. They have an excellent working atmosphere, with low staff turnover and high morale. The Regional Manager will take over several branches. He or she will have primary responsibility for motivating the teams, directly contributing to business planning & profit generation. To be considered you will have current experience as an Area or Regional Manager, ideally in sectors such as Industrial, Commercial or Construction. It would also be advantageous if you had experience of the European labour market. This role may suit someone from a major National, frustrated by the bureaucracy and business restrictions, seeking a role with greater impact and more worthwhile longer-term career satisfaction.
